Q - Ants.... they are everywhere, how can we get rid of them?
A - We can only treat, we cannot eradicate them. There are some treatments on the market that can rid ants for up to 12 months.

Q - What is the proper way to take care of my turf?
A - Get on a good turf management and fertilizer with a pre & post emergent.

Q - Why are your prices higher than some of the other bids?
A - When we compile a bid for a prospective Landscape Maintenance client, we carefully review the specification and scope of work. We then proceed to accurately measure the property. We compile our take off into a calculating spreadsheet, review the calculations with our production staff, being sure from the start that we can offer the quality and service we are known for.

Q - Can the master plan be installed in phases?
A - Yes, the job can be installed in phases with Phase 1 being a minimum installation cost of $10,000.00.

Q - Are the plants guaranteed?
A - There is a 90 day warranty on shrubs and ground cover and a 1 year warranty on trees. The following are not warranted annuals, perennials, sod and mulch.

Q - Can I have someone come to my house to give me a quote on landscaping?
A - Sure!  How did you hear about us?  I will have Julia Raia, the Design and Sales Manager; return your call within 24 hours.  She will get some detailed information from you that will help her choose the Landscape Designer/Architect that will best suite your needs.

Q - Do you take credit cards?
A - Yes, we would be happy to take a credit card payment.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Q - My last Landscape Maintenance contractor had to be asked over and over to complete tasks, why will your company be any different?
A - We have created a separate layer of management in our company to visit and evaluate the properties and report back to the owner/managers. There is an inspection report that is completed. That information along with any call in requests is archived on The List. There is a mandatory production meeting weekly, that reviews this list item by item. No property concern is crossed off unless someone has physically seen that the concern has been addressed.
