My experience with Exterior Designs has been nothing but excellent. The whole design team came in and listened to my wants and designed a beautiful yard. Chris Smith has wonderful designs. He turned my backyard into an oasis. Something that no other pool company had been able to come up with. He took the time to design a backyard that my whole family and friends could enjoy year round. There is not a single part of my yard that is not done with detail.
The office manager, Kimberly has been great to deal with. She was always able to help me with any questions. If she couldn't answer it, she made sure she got me the answer promptly. She has been professional and I have also come to build a nice little relationship with all members of Exterior Designs. They know me by name.
Jana, she is very good at her job. She pays attention to what I want and she makes sure it gets done. She has always been easy to get in touch with and has made sure that my satisfaction is given. She is able to answer any questions and she does a great job at getting the job completed on time.

HCMS has worked with Silversand Services formerly Komp Horticultural Services for approximately seven (7) years. The customer service has been superb and the level of service has been excellent. Working with Silversand Services as made the managers entire job so much easier. You only have to make one phone call and the request is completed. No follow up is needed because the managers have the confidence in Silversand Services, they know the project supervisor will handle any problem in a timely manner.

Hyde Park Civic Association
Our civic association, Hyde Park United Civic Association, manages a small urban park. This park, Lamar Park, had never actually been developed as a park, and further had been severely neglected over the years. Our civic association decided to take this on as a project and create an attractive, useful green space for our neighborhood. Although this is really a small simple park set up for low maintenance, there was a great amount of work that had to be done.
In 2003, Kirk Jordan was hired to carry out the new design for the park which had been developed by a landscape architect. To give you some idea about the scope of the work, old dead weeds and bushes had to be removed, the land had to be graded, an irrigation system with controls had to be totally installed, walkways made of pavers had to be laid out and installed, flower beds had to be laid out and planted with ground cover, other planting had to be installed, and grass sod had to be completely laid down.
Kirk Jordan worked on this project from the beginning, and totally coordinated all aspects of the job. I worked directly with him throughout this entire time until the job was completed.
I found Kirk to be totally professional in all his work. He was dependable and responsible. He met deadlines and timelines on schedule. He was careful to listen to our civic association in order to meet our needs and carry out any plans that we wanted to accomplish. He was cost conscious and careful with our budget, and worked well with agencies that had park oversight.
In addition to the above, Kirk has a wonderful, cheerful personality, is patient and considerate of others, and is extremely easy to work with.
For our organization, Kirk was an ideal choice. I highly recommend him and Exterior Designs.
